The people who show up at your door in Arlington are the same ones who answer when you call. We’re a small crew, not a rotating cast. Between us we’ve got over forty years of garage door work across Tarrant County, from the 1950s ranch houses in Meadowbrook to the newer builds off Green Oaks. What holds us together isn’t a franchise playbook. It’s a single written standard we each signed on to, and a shared belief that you should see the broken part before anyone asks you to pay for the replacement.

Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors in 2015 after spending eight years working for two of the big national door companies in DFW. He left for one reason: he was tired of quoting jobs over the phone and watching the on-site technician inflate the number after “finding” additional issues. That’s why Clause 1 of The Haven Standard exists, and why Marcus personally reviews every written scope that leaves the office. He still runs service calls three days a week, mostly the gnarly ones other companies won’t touch: low-clearance tracks, custom Clopay doors, spring systems that were never right to begin with. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s eating breakfast tacos somewhere on Pioneer Parkway and reading spring metallurgy forums for fun.
Denise R., Lead Technician
Denise has been with Servo for six years and handles most of the torsion spring replacements in Arlington. She’s certified on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie opener systems, and she can rebuild a Wayne Dalton torque master setup blindfolded. Her specialty is safety: she’s the one who catches cable wear before it turns into a door dropping on someone’s car in the driveway. Before garage doors, Denise built custom cabinetry, which is why her track alignments are measured to the sixteenth of an inch. She keeps a small notebook in the van documenting every spring wire diameter and coil count she’s replaced since 2019.
Ray T., Senior Installer
Ray leads our full-door installations, from tear-outs of 1970s wood panels in Dalworthington Gardens to modern insulated Amarr and Clopay installs near Lake Arlington. He’s been hanging doors for fifteen years and has installed every brand we service, which is eight and counting. Ray is our go-to for custom widths, high-lift tracks, and anything involving a door over ten feet tall. He’s also the crew’s quiet encyclopedia of Arlington code requirements for garage fire ratings and wind load. Off the clock, you’ll find him coaching youth baseball in south Arlington and telling anyone who’ll listen that garage door rollers should be replaced every seven years.
Sam B., Service Coordinator Apprentice
Sam answers the phones, keeps the schedule tight, and sends the on-the-way texts with the technician’s name before anyone leaves the shop. She’s training to become a full technician, which means she rides along with Denise twice a week and studies the photo documentation from every completed job in Arlington. Sam keeps a running log of every customer question she can’t yet answer cold, then researches the component until she can explain it in plain language. It’s why when you call at 2 a.m. with a door stuck halfway open, the person on the line can actually tell you what likely happened before the truck is even loaded.
